Jerusalem artichokes & asparagus stir fry


Preparation time : 20 minutes
Serves : 2

Ingredients :

Asparagus : one bunch 
Artichokes : 4 or 5 
Chopped garlic : 1 tsp
Salt : to taste
Pepper powder : to taste

Method :

Wash and clean artichokes.


Peel them and cut them into cubes.
Spray skillet with olive oil , add chopped garlic.
Over medium heat start to cook the vegetables.
When they are just beginning to cook , increase the flame a bit.
Add spices and stir fry for 5 minutes.
Serve hot :)
