Long beans curry


Serves : 2
Preparation time : 15 mins

Ingredients :

Long beans : 20
Onion : 1 finely chopped
Ginger garlic paste : 1tsp
Chili powder : 1tbsp
Salt to taste
Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
Turmeric : pinch
For tampering :
mustard seeds : 1/2 tsp
Urad dal : 1/2 tsp
Jeera : 1/2 tsp

Method :
Heat pan. Add 1 tsp of oil.
Add ingredients listed for tampering.
Add onions , When they are translucent add ginger garlic paste ,coriander powder and turmeric powder.
Wash and cut the beans finely.


Add these cut beans to pan.
Sprinkle little water, cover and cook for 5 mins.
Takeout lid, add salt and little water.
Cover and cook for 10 mins.
Remove lid add chili powder.
Serve with rice.
