Paneer butter masala - 2

This is an easy paneer butter masala.(or) Short cut method of preparing the curry.
This will be ready in no time and taste good.



Preparation time : 10 mins
Serves : 2

Ingredients :

Coriander powder : 1tsp
Garam masala : 1/2 tsp
Chili powder : 1/4 tsp
Kasoor methi : 1/4 tsp
Tomato ketchup : 1 tsp
Tomato paste : 1 tsp (or) Tomato puree : 2 1/2 tsp
Food color : few drops (optional)
Milk : 2 cups
Butter :  1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste : 1 tsp
Fried onion : 1 tbsp
Salt : to taste
Paneer : 250 grms (or) panner cubes : 1 cup

Method :

Take a bowl , Add coriander powder, garam masala , chili powder, kasoori methi , tomato ketchup, tomato paste, mix them all together well, add one cup of milk and mix it well,if you wish to add food color add it now.
Now take a pan, add butter, once it is melted add ginger garlic paste and fried onion.
Add the mixture that we prepared earlier and add salt.
Reduce the heat to low , cover and cook it for 3 mins.
Once the gravy thickens and butter is oozing out add remaining one cup of milk while continuously stirring the mixture.
Add paneer cubes. ( if you wish you can fry paneer and add it)
Cook for 2 mins.
Serve hot with roti.
