When my hubby went to play cricket , i also went with him. There was a big green apple tree over there , and they gave me 3 green apples. After coming home when i had them they are very very sour.
So i thought of cooking some thing with those, like how we use raw mangoes and this is the result of that thought.(I pickled some green apples )
This easy, simple and truly delicious rasam tastes fantastic with hot steamed rice .
