Besan sooji dosa (or) chenaga pindi morum attlu

Chenaga pindi morum attlu

Serves : 2
Preparation time : 10 mins

Ingredients :

Besan or Gram flour : 1 cup
Sooji or Semolina : 1 cup
Hing or Asfotida : pinch
Salt to taste
Chili powder to taste



Method :

In a bowl mix all ingredients.
Slowly add water to it and make batter like masala dosa batter consistency.
(Pouring but not too thin)
Pour batter in center of tawa and spread it circularly towards end.
Serve hot with Yogurt or pickle.
